The Hai Phong Customs Department in the northern port city of Hai Phong
completed the connection of all its sub-offices to the national
automated customs system on Friday.
Binh Duong Customs has launched the Japanese-funded electronic customs
system known as Viet Nam Automated Cargo and Port Consolidated System
and the Viet Nam Customs Information System (VNACCS/VCIS).
